How to eat good food to build good health ?

This is very common in the busy world that today people have made this habit that when they are bore to eat the daily food at home so sometime they visit to dine out of their homes because this also increase their social status and they feel proud while dining out of the house. 

But we should always conform about the place we are going to eat that if they are cooking with cleanliness then we should visit that place otherwise we should watch some other place because health is always so much precious and when we make the little ignorance about this then we really have to pay for this big. 

So in the beginning we should take care of the food we are going to eat outside of the house. Sometime due to busy life and due to the load of the routine life work we do not pay much attention and in hunger we just fell on the food that is presented to us in so manner and we eat that food blindly but we should never take such kind of risk as I have heard that sometime the food that is cooked can carry the very germs that can really spoil our health. 

I am not frightening you about eating food outside actually I am very much conscious about this and I hope you are also very much conscious about yours health. 

Just pay the little attention towards this and enjoy the life that is given to you. This is the very issue that present man is just facing and today I thought to write about this topic that how can a man and woman just lead a happy life. 

First of all we should keep in mind that for living the life one must eat the healthy food that not only able us to maintain our health but all the intelligence we also get from the good food we decide and plan to eat. 

Some one said that our whole actions depend on the food we eat so here we will just discuss that while eating the good food we can live a happy life in which we will not get any disturbance and we will sleep smoothly and happily in our life. 

Many people who do over eating or they eat such food that is not good for their health can be very dangerous so we should always make the great focus on the things that we are going to eat. This is the first tool that really make us able to lead a happy life. Because when our health is good then everything is good in our life but if we are not having good health because of the wrong things we eat then we will just lead a life of troubles and trials. 

After the water in life the food is very important thing for us to live our life and we certainly cant think to have our life if we do not eat food and more than all people find the great fun in the food selection and the many food in fact have the great fun in it. Suppose when we go for eating in some hotel or restaurant then when we receive the food on our table then we see that presentation of the food is actually great fun for us and the way they make the salad is also very good and many many food is presented in the great way. 

Many people do not know the variation of the different kind of the food that is liked in the whole world and if for fun we just invite the five countries Sheff so we would be surprised to see the food that they will make and it will be so pleasant to see the different kind of food on the same dining table and one can surely get the great entertainment while seeing these all food. I personally admire all the food of the world that famous for their own taste and for look in which they are made of.
