The cycling is the sure way to give the good shape to our body and if we have good time so we should daily devote some of our time in cycling.

when we are riding it then we will see not only our breathe but also we will see the good improvement in our health but if we are two fatty then we should not get worried first we should reduce some of our wait and after this we can surely try to riding on daily bases.

Well as we know that the Chinese people always prefer to cycling and that's why we can see the fitness of the Chinese people and they are very active and smarty look.

If you can ride the cycle then you should never miss it and you should always keep on making the cycling because cycling will surely increase the good shape of you and you will really feel the difference when you are properly cycling.

It really make our whole body in good shape and we also remain active and healthy. I am very much fond of cycling in my routine life and it is some kind of my hobby now because I always refer cycling rather than others sports.

Proper Diet

This is the most important thing that we should always manage in our life because first of all we should choose such food that is less harmful to our health and for this we can surely examine our self personally or with the consulting of the doctor because every human body is different from the other one. As something that are really eatable and can benefit someone health may become the cause for the others. Like some people who have got the enough iron in their body so when they will choose such food that is enough with iron so they might not feel good after eating. So we should personally observe that what are the things that we can eat and digest so easily. We can also add the milk and many other eatables things in our diet which can give us the instant energy and can grown our body.

Daily exercise + Yoga

Whether we go to gym or not its no matter we can just make the motion to our body even staying at home too. So the yoga is the best exercise that really gives benefit to human respiratory system and also by making it regularly we can just develop our physical fitness. It is also very simple to perform as while sitting on the bed or on the floor we can start stopping our breath in the yoga position and this would increase our health. 

Beside this we should daily make the good walk after eating the food. Many times many people stay lying on the bed and that really disturb human health. We must make the walk when we eat something.

Good Rest

This is the third and most important key point that one must do because many times when we do not care for the rest then this thing really affect all our body system and our body may not grow well. 

So it is said that six to eight hours sleeping is always demanded for good health so we should get the time for sleeping so that we may work goodlier in this life. As we know it is famous maxim that rest is best so we the more we will rest our body the more good health we will get and the more active we would be in our life. "A sound mind is a sound body". Why is mental health important? Like the computer,our mind is the CPU ,the Central Processing Unit of our whole body. Just as any CPU everything we know and do is stored and processed in our mind. It is in control of our whole body. If our mind is sound and healthy it is a guarantee that our body is also healthy and sound.

There are field of study that focuses on the human mind as the main subject such as psychology and psychiatry. Lately there is another study on human mind which focuses on human HAPPINESS. This study is known as MHS or Modern Happiness Study. MHS is another branch of philosophy which studies on modern human happiness; how to be happy and what is to be happy. This study like the others aims to study more carefully and deeply on the human mind.


How to keep a healthy mind


First thing I could recommend is a good sleep. Our sleep is an important aspect in our life thus everyone is required to sleep by nature,even animals do sleep. If one has good night sleep the mind is more receptive to the things of the day and it can process things better. For sure you can tell the difference in your way of thinking when you had a good night sleep and when you don't. The second is good nutrition. 

It may seem not connected but your thinking is also affected by the food you take. Many people got mental problems because they lack food. Most of the mentally disturbed people are those who have not eaten for some time. Even your dealing with the other people is also affected with with the amount of food you have taken. 

When you have taken enough food you become more cheerful and friendly to the other and you socialize and understand other people better like what was depicted in the film "Baguette's Feast". 

The third thing I could recommend is constant mind activity. Our mind is also like any machine when not in use, time will come that it will collapse. We have to use our mind constantly. Perhaps we could do some memory enhancing games such as scrabble games ,puzzles, soduko,etc., in order to make it work. And another thing to keep a sound mind is to avoid useless memory accumulation. 

Like the computer when the stored memory is too much, the processing is slow in order to avoid this, we have to delete unwanted and unused memories. And also another way of keeping a sound mound is to avoid worries, by sharing your problems with the others. When there is something that is bothering you then talk about it so that you don't have to think of it constantly. image credit
