how to learn great flood in Manila ?

We always have typhoons but the typhoon of 2013 was worst because the whole of Leyte (one of the bigger islands) was wiped out and it turned like a city of the dead... Nothing is left only few survived and that's why the Holy Father visited the country to meet the survivors....

After the typhoon dead people were laid along the road for identification. . . then there were mass burial because there were no enough caskets for all the dead bodies. Flood specially in Manila...

When accompanied with wind the sea water goes high and swept the houses near the shore.If it lasts for some days then instead of cars are on the streets there are speed boats or normal boats because life goes on and people still smile.

Here people are happy even though they are suffering .... That's what foreign people found so amazing.... Normally in June, July august September October November... But June to August are heavier in rain.
